The AXA Belgium Chief Security Office oversees all activities needed to deliver, maintain, and demonstrate adequate protection and continuity of AXA Belgium information, employees, and services. Within the Chief Security Office, the Business Security domain’s mission is to understand Business processes, and needs/usage of IT assets and 3rd parties; provide end-to-end security advice, and ensure risk-based security, based on security status of these IT assets and 3rd parties. This includes activities such as security follow-up of business initiatives, 3rd Party Security, and Business Continuity management. · Being the point of contact for all business transformation initiatives in AXA Belgium and formulating and following up on security requirements and recommendations with Business and IT stakeholders. Understanding and mapping the criticality ('CIA') of all business processes (, 'RTO') and data (, 'Crown Jewels') within the AXA Belgium landscape. Assisting in maintaining a general inventory of information security risks; defining, coordinating, and following up on recovery or risk mitigation measures. Documenting in clear, understandable language; supporting the determination of the organization's information risk appetite. Make link between business processes and initiatives and related IT assets and supporting 3rd parties; provide end-to-end security advice, and ensure risk-based security, based on security status of these IT assets and 3rd parties. ·Accountable for maturity and effectiveness of control objectives in a specific security area Understands full AXA Belgium landscape in relation to this area Collaborates with all related security execution & other teams Provides deep security expertise Ensures assurance & evidences Identifies gaps, details and drives security risk reduction activities (incl. project mgmt.) Produces clear management presentations on security area status & progress Your Profile A bachelor degree in computer sciences, technology or a related area; an education on Security topics is an asset At least 3 years experience in a similar function; A certification in the Information Security and/or Information Technology is a distinct advantage; Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French and/or Dutch, and fluent English; Experience in a multinational business is an advantage; A strong facilitator, negotiator and focused on resolving conflicts; A good ability to work at management level; A real team player; Someone capable of thinking analytically in order to grasp complex business scenarios.
