Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success in the Netherlands.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable/Receivable and Cash Management: Managing client and supplier accounting, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations. Recording expense reports. Accounting for flight tickets. Integrating various payments and client refunds into the banking payment system. Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts / Bank reconciliations. Managing month-end and year-end closings. Liaising with external organizations (Netherlands). VAT declarations. Tax and social security declarations. RequirementsQualifications and SkillsEducation:Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Experience:2 years of experience in accounting.Skills: Proficient in information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in written and spoken Dutch (Level B2/C1). Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Location: Based in Brussels, with frequent travel to Amsterdam.Start: As soon as possible.
