**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN AP ACCOUNTANT**
Als AP accountant bij Komma Board kies je voor diversiteit. Je werkt voor verschillende klanten in verschillende sectoren en dat maakt je job heel divers en uitdagend. Voor zowel start
- en scale-ups tot internationale bedrijven,
- werk je aan de correcte en tijdige verwerking van inkomende facturen in lijn met de geldende btw-regels en met aandacht voor de toewijzing aan de juiste budgetten en grootboekrekeningen
- volg je de goedkeuring van de facturen op aan de hand van interne tools
- volg je de leveranciersrappels op
- sta je in voor de uitvoering van de nodige controles op uitgaande betalingen
- volg je openstaande leveranciersbalansen mee op
- boek je de correcte verwerking van de bank
- en kasverrichtingen
- sta je in voor het beantwoorden van ad-hoc vragen gelinkt aan het AP-proces
- ondersteun je de accounting manager en denk je mee in het verbeteren van het AP-proces
**SOFT SKILLS AP ACCOUNTANT**
- je bent assertief en communicatief, want als AP accountant communiceer je met de accounting manager
- je bent nauwkeurig en analytisch en waakt over de financiële gezondheid van de klant
- je bent goedlachs, positief ingesteld, wilt excelleren in de job en deelt graag kennis met collega’s
- je bent gefascineerd door cijfers, balansen, rekeningen, fiscale wetgeving
**HARD SKILLS AP ACCOUNTANT**
- je hebt **minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring** als AP accountant
- je hebt een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit of een master in financiële richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- je hebt kennis van btw
- Excel heeft geen geheimen voor jou en jij hebt geen geheimen voor Excel
- spreek je Engels of Frans, dan maak je ons nóg enthousiaster, want dat maakt communiceren in een internationale omgeving net iets makkelijker
