We bieden inhouse engineering en gespecialiseerde diensten op het gebied van projectmanagement voor industrieën, automatisering en architectuur. Group-IPS is actief in meer dan 10 landen over de hele wereld, maar heeft een ondernemende en teamgerichte mentaliteit. We zijn een redelijk jong team, met een gemiddelde leeftijd van 32 jaar. Bij IPS worden we gestimuleerd om onze nieuwsgierigheid en innovatieve ideeën in onze projecten toe te passen. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een project manager voor ons kantoor te Mechelen (BE). Als projectmanager zal je betrokken zijn bij projecten gaande van kleine verbeteringen tot grote industriële constructies. Je verantwoordelijkheden kunnen verschillende fasen en/of specialisaties omvatten: · Project haalbaarheid: proces beschrijving, fabriek lay-out, algemene planning, inkoopstrategie, financieel plan.· Projectvoorbereidingsfase: investeringsanalyse, basisengineering, verkrijgen van vergunningen, financiering en inkoop.· Projectuitvoeringsfase: projectbeheer, gedetailleerde engineering, bouwbeheer, inbedrijfstellingsbeheer, operationeel beheer.Wat houdt de functie in? Binnen de EPCm-projectorganisatie staat de projectmanager in permanente verbinding met de klant. Hij fungeert als dirigent voor alle EPCm-functies: organisatie, HSE, voortgangsrapportages, planning, kostenbeheer, risicobeheer, documentbeheer, QAQC, multidisciplinaire technische consistentie, bouwcontracten, constructie, voorbereiding op indienststelling...Met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet hij/zij de engineeringinterfaces met de ontwerpbureaus te beheren, de consistentie van conceptplannen, gedetailleerde studies en offertes van leveranciers te controleren. Hij/zij begrijpt de ins en outs van de uitvoering van werkzaamheden en site-assemblage.Elke functie evolueert naargelang de behoeften en is op ad-hocbasis betrokken bij de verwerving van nieuwe projecten en/of de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen.RequirementsIngenieursdiploma of relevante werkervaring in EPCm-projecten, de chemische industrie, de bouw van fabrieken of onderhoud.Een opleiding in chemische engineering, procestechniek, farmaceutica of algemene projectengineering is een pluspunt.7 tot 15 jaar in een projectomgevingVloeiend schrijven en spreken van Nederlands of Frans is een must, met Engels als tweede of derde taal. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.Klantgerichtheid en uitstekende presentatievaardigheden.Proactieve houding en sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten.Creatief en flexibel in het werk, resultaatgericht, teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.Uitgebreide managementvaardigheden, effectieve communicatie en sterke probleemoplossende capaciteiten.Beheersing van MS Word, Excel en PowerPoint.Ervaring met AutoCAD en/of MS Project is een pluspunt.Rijbewijs B.BenefitsMaster in engineering Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectingenieur of projectmanager, bij voorkeur met ervaring als engineer in industriële projectenErvaring met de Nederlandse taal is een must, aangezien communicatie met lokale teams en klanten essentieel is voor deze rol. Daarnaast is een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal vereist.Ervaring in de toepassing van projectmanagementmethoden en -tools.Kennis in kostenbeheersing, budget & cash-out planningKennis van PC-vaardigheden MS Word en Excel en PowerPoint applicaties, MS Project, Auto CAD.Tot 40% beschikbaarheid om te reizen Rijbewijs
