We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to oversee and manage research and development projects from initial design through to production. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead R&D projects through all phases, including ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and production implementation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production process. Design Oversight: Guide the design team in developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with strategic goals. Production Planning: Coordinate with manufacturing teams to develop production plans that ensure efficient and timely product delivery. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer expectations throughout the development cycle. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering Proven experience managing R&D projects through the full lifecycle from design to production, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
