As a (Junior) Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to advising clients and closing successful placements.Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates Managing recruitment processes from A to Z Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies Actively sourcing talent through various channels and conducting interviews Collaborating with a high-performing team in a supportive and ambitious environment We are looking for a (Junior) Recruitment Consultant that : You speak Dutch and English fluently (French is a strong plus) You have a strong sense of initiative, and you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment You enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed A first experience in sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing role is a plus - but not a must You are motivated, resilient, and eager to grow both personally and professionally What's in it for you?
