Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner: Maximize the value of your products and provide vision and direction to your squad and stakeholders to develop the right components that meet the business requirements Translates customer needs and wants into requirements, and shepherds requirements through delivery by collaborating with design and IT Take ownership of the goals set by your squad and represent them towards your stakeholders Help prioritize business opportunities; Leverage solutions to achieve and measure business goals. Ensure backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories; Consults with various business teams to understand current and future business needs Firm grasp of agile development, technology, and user experience Required profile. How do we imagine our future Product Owner? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on different topics at the same time; Being a team player and having excellent communication and negotiation skills; Willingness to fully understand the challenges of the Bank when it comes to Financial Security and assess the related impacts on your scope; A customer-obsessed mindset: Proficiency in the Agile Way of Working (e.g. backlog management; planning…) is a plus Good knowledge of English and Dutch or French.
