That’s why we hire people with ambition, courage, and grit — and we give them room to grow. Join us as Global Draught Innovation Project Lead and play a central role in protecting the innovation that drives our future. Purpose:As the Global Draught Innovation Project Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of AB InBev’s commercial innovation agenda — developing disruptive draught and dispense technologies that elevate the drinking experience, drive top-line growth, and meet the evolving needs of bars, restaurants, and retailers worldwide.Based at our Global Innovation & Technology Center (GITEC) in Leuven, Belgium, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that blend consumer insight, cutting-edge tech, and commercial strategy. You’ll translate ambition into action — helping us pour the future, one breakthrough at a time.The Role: Innovation & Project LeadershipLead global, new-to-the-world innovation projects in draught and dispense technology.Translate consumer and commercial insights into platform roadmaps and technical requirements.Apply innovation and project management methodologies to deliver on Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability (DFV).Combine trend analysis, financial modelling, and stakeholder input to develop commercially viable concepts.Build robust industrialization plans that balance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.Cross-Functional CollaborationManage multi-stakeholder projects across technical, commercial, marketing, and insight teams.Coordinate with Zone Innovation & Technology Centers to ensure global alignment and local relevance.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external technical experts and partners.Governance & ExecutionAlign projects with AB InBev’s innovation governance framework.Monitor budgets (Opex/Capex), timelines, and risk scenarios across the innovation pipeline.Who We’reLooking ForMaster’s degree in a relevant applied science or engineering field (e.g. electromechanics, biosciences, materials science).Complementary business education (e.g. MBA) or equivalent commercial experience.2–5 years’ experience in technical innovation, ideally within FMCG or multinational settings.Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional innovation projects.Strong intercultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Solid technical knowledge of draught and cooling systems — including design, mechanics, and conversion processes.Agile, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset — comfortable in fast-evolving environments.Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.What We OfferA future with more cheers — where your ambition fuels global impact.A culture where performance is recognized and ownership is rewarded.Opportunities to grow across markets, functions, and continents.A collaborative and creative environment where bold thinking thrives.The freedom to innovate, challenge norms, and shape what’s next.Why Build Your Career with AB InBevA Culture of OwnershipWe challenge ourselves and each other — always with respect and purpose.
