Op basis van de door de designers opgemaakte studie stelt hij de parametries voor de IED's op opdat deze de beoogde functies zouden kunnen verrichten. Hij neemt de SPACS-kasten in ontvangst in de fabriek.
Op basis van de feedback over de realisaties draagt hij bij aan de opstelling en de verbetering van de standaarden (conceptnota's, applicatieve nota's, technische specificaties, standaardschema's, standaard parametrie, ...).
Het takenpakket als Technical Expert FAT omvat hoofdzakelijk:
Hij stemt de standaardparametries van de IED's af op de bijzonderheden van de studies die voor de projecten worden uitgevoerd teneinde de goede werking van de SPACS-kasten te garanderen. Hij ondersteunt OCE bij de FAT-testen in de fabriek in het kader van het project bestelde uitrustingen en zoekt naar oplossingen in geval van problemen teneinde de conformiteit van de uitrustingen met de projectstudie te garanderen. Hij coördineert van het goede verloop van de SPACS-kasten (pre-)FAT door vragen van de leverancier of OCE te beantwoorden of input te vragen van het designbureau als de vraag betrekking heeft op de studie. Aan de hand van feedback over de realisaties helpt hij mee aan de uitwerking en de verbetering van de standaarden (conceptnota's, toepassingsnota's, schema's, parameterisering IED, ...). Hij beantwoordt vragen van de designers in verband met de standaardschema's en standaardparametrieën en zoekt mee naar oplossingen voor toepassingen die afwijken van de standaard teneinde de uitvoering van de studies mogelijk te maken. Hij onderwerpt de standaardmodules die voor de SPACS-kasten bestemd zijn en de bijbehorende standaard parametrie voor de IED's, geleverd binnen de context van de raamakkoorden, aan een technische controle teneinde de kwaliteit ervan te garanderen, evenals hun conformiteit met de standaarden. Hij zal een kennis hebben van alle standaarden die van toepassing zijn binnen zijn werkgebied en controleren of deze effectief worden toegepast. Hij plant zijn eigen workload en evalueert deze regelmatig teneinde de planning van de FAT-testen van de SPACS-kasten te kunnen naleven. Ondersteuning (op afstand) van de teams van MAC bij problemen tijdens de indienststellingstesten. Binnen zijn eigen vakgebied ondersteunt hij de interne designers en het technisch personeel van MAC, zodanig dat zij een technische kennis verwerven die hen in staat stelt hun functie binnen het domein van de SPACS-kasten naar behoren in te vullen. Opmerking: De ondersteuning naar de designers wordt gegeven vanuit de tweede lijn. De verantwoordelijke voor de designer is zijn senior designer of zijn coördinator. Hij doet een audit van de output documenten van de studie die door het tekenbureel zijn opgesteld teneinde de conformiteit met de standaardprojecten te garanderen zoals ze door Engineering Expertise Secsys gedefinieerd werden. Bij de FAT-testen in de fabriek onderwerpt hij de SPACS-kasten, uitgevoerd door de constructeur van de SPACS-kasten, aan een audit teneinde hun normalisatie en kwaliteit te garanderen. Het verwerven van de noodzakelijke technische expertise in de materie is een noodzakelijke voorwaarde om de bovenstaande activiteiten te kunnen uitoefenen.
Jouw profiel
Jouw profiel als Technical Expert FAT:
Bachelor/Technisch hoger onderwijs (elektronica, elektromechanica, elektrotechniek) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitdrukken in Nederlands, Frans en optioneel in Engels. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor elektrische techniek en bent bereid om een technische expertise verder op te bouwen en uit te dragen. Je zoekt pragmatische oplossingen en je bent klant- en resultaatsgericht. Je schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf actief op het terrein te gaan bij het uitvoeren van je taken in samenwerking met de operationele entiteiten. Je kunt vlot in team werken, bent communicatief aangelegd en beschikt over een goede overtuigingskracht. Je beschikt over sterke analytische en synthetiserende competenties zodat je een complexe materie op heldere wijze kan overbrengen (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Je beheert zelfstandig en proactief het vooraf overeengekomen takenpakket. Je kunt duidelijk en gestructureerd over de resultaten van je activiteiten rapporteren in rapportvorm of door middel van een presentatie. Grondige kennis van MS Office is een pluspunt. Vermogen om nieuwe technieken aan te leren. Gewenste ervaring: (+/- 10 jaar): Engineering van SPACS-kasten toegepast in hoogspanningsinstallaties. Programmeringsoftware van de IED's. Kennis van de werking van het HS-net. Kennis van de functionaliteiten van de beveiligingssystemen (van Elia).
