During this 6-month internship, you’ll be directly involved in supporting the tools and systems our Sales Representatives use every day. You’ll help test, roll out, and improve applications, while ensuring that our colleagues in the field have everything they need to deliver excellence to our customers.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in systems support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.What You’ll Be DoingAssist in the administration and troubleshooting of internal tools and systems used by Sales Reps in the field.Provide support for system updates, configurations, and integrations.Collaborate with BPT and other departments to ensure seamless operation of tools.Document processes and create user guides to make tools easy to understand.Analyze system performance and propose improvements for greater efficiency.Help automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.Support users by resolving issues and responding to system-related queries.Who Are You?Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team.Strong communication and presentation skills – you know how to explain tech in a clear, helpful way.Interested in how systems and tools can improve business operations.Languages:Very good knowledge of English, and strong command of French or Dutch (written & spoken).Being trilingual (French, Dutch, English) is a great plus.Who Are We?We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people serving customers in 31 countries.
