As a Luxury Client Advisor – Jewelry Expert, you will provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the selection and purchasing of high-end jewelry pieces. Your expert knowledge of jewelry design, materials, and trends, along with your ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships, will be essential in delivering a personalized shopping experience for discerning customers. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding, personalized service to each client by understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle to offer tailored jewelry recommendations. Jewelry Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on diamonds, precious metals, gemstones, and luxury jewelry collections. Stay informed about current trends, designers, and new arrivals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships through networking and word-of-mouth. Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging clients in the store and online, driving sales through a deep understanding of product offerings. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Keep the store presentation immaculate, ensuring all jewelry is displayed to its highest standard and is available for client viewing. Consultation & Styling: Assist clients in selecting jewelry that aligns with their personal style, offering styling advice for special occasions or everyday wear. After-Sales Services: Provide exceptional after-sales service, including explaining the care and maintenance of jewelry, managing repairs, and handling customer inquiries. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and high standards in every interaction. Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a luxury retail or jewelry sales role. Previous experience in high-end customer service is a significant plus. Jewelry Expertise: Deep knowledge of fine jewelry, including gemstones, diamonds, gold, platinum, and current market trends. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly. Sales Acumen: Strong sales abilities with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Languages: Fluency in flemish and english, with additional languages being a plus. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience in retail management software.
