Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Storemanager:
- Zorgvuldig implementeren en monitoren van commerciële strategieën voor maximale klantengroei.
- Met jouw passie voor mensen motiveer je je team en stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling.
- Garanderen van een perfecte winkelpresentatie en visuele uitstraling die de luxe identiteit van het merk weerspiegelt.
- Efficiënt beheren van alle operationele processen en nauwgezet naleven van interne procedures.

**Minimale vereisten**:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als storemanager, bij voorkeur in de luxe sector.
- Flexibel en creatief met een hoog serviceniveau.
- Inspirerend leider met sterke organisatie
- en coachingsvaardigheden om het team te motiveren.
- Analytisch scherp, met de skill om cijfers om te zetten in slimme strategieën.
- Gedreven door klanttevredenheid en gericht op het leveren van topservice.
- Uitstekende communicator en een echte teamplayer.
- Sterke affiniteit met luxury bags en accessoires.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
