Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced SAP Specialist (MM & WM modules) to join our team as the go-to expert for all related requests and issues. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, design solutions, and ensure smooth operations across our SAP landscape.Act as the single point of contact for all SAP Logistics and Purchasing (MM & WM) requests and incidentsAnalyze change requests, estimate scope and costs, and propose multiple solution optionsAssess the impact of changes on existing systems and processesEnsure service continuity and system maintainabilityImplement enhancements and developments based on clear specificationsKeep all related documentation accurate and up to dateCreate and manage test plans, ensuring quality control before deploymentMonitor incidents and problems, following through to resolutionRequirementsAcademic background in IT, economics, industry, or scienceAt least 5 years’ experience as an SAP WM & MM functional analystKnowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA is an advantageResults-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approachFlexible, efficient, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and communication skillsExperience in the energy or utilities sector is a plusFluent in Dutch and French, with strong technical English skillsBenefitsA role that directly supports vital city services in a dynamic sectorOpportunities for ongoing training and career developmentA lively and safety-focused work environment in central BrusselsWork-life balance options, including remote work flexibilityCompetitive package: company car, fuel card, mobile phone, meal vouchers, health and pension insurance, and 33 days of leave
