Best-practice strategieën uit te werken om leveringsrisico's te identificeren en te beheren.
De dienstverlening af te stemmen op de 1-IT-doelstellingen en -structuren zoals uitgestippeld door het Ypto Management.
Klantvereisten in overeenstemming te brengen met de prioriteiten en geschillen met leveranciers te beslechten.
Een conform kader te creëren waarbinnen Ypto haar financiële en opleveringsdoelstellingen met de leverancier kan behalen.
Schaalvoordelen te benutten.
De leverancier na gunning bij te staan in zijn inspanningen om succesvol te opereren binnen de organisatie van de klant en Ypto, en opvolgen dat deze zijn contractuele verbintenissen naleeft.
Een aankoopdossier voor te bereiden en tijdig de aankoopbehoefte te identificeren en initiëren volgens de geldende interne regels alsook wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Domain Coordinators, Business Relationship Partners en collega-Contract Managers om de toelichting en bijsturing van SLA's te faciliteren. Daarnaast speel je een ondersteunende rol bij openbare aanbestedingen richting klant-aankoopdienst en de dienst Purchasing & Facilities.
Vereisten
Minimaal een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Relevante werkervaring van 2-5 jaar.
Algemene kennis van IT (end user computing, infrastructuur, etc.).
Kennis van contractmodellen, financiële modellen, budgettering en risicobeheer.
Kennis van wetgeving (overheidsopdrachten) en outsourcing modellen.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
Kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
