Je stelt budgetten en onderhoudsplannen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op. Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor huurders, leveranciers en andere externe partijen. Je waakt mee over de kwaliteitsstandaarden door het uitvoeren van regelmatige inspecties op veiligheid, naleving en pandstaat. Property Manager - Gent - Real Estate Je kan een relevante werkervaring voorleggen binnen Property & Facility management. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, je hebt een praktische aanpak en bent klantgericht. Je bent een teamplayer en je hebt een kritische blik gericht op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en dienstverlening. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, kan prioriteiten goed inschatten en je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid. Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
