Dit ben jij? Je hebt een stevige expertise in .NET;Je bent in staat om goed gestructureerde HTML te schrijven en hebt een stevige kennis van JavaScript; We verwachten dat je de nodige kennis hebt over TDD, design patterns, web services, …; Je bent op de hoogte van de belangrijkste trends op gebied van web development; Kennis van DDD, BDD, event storming, CQRS en/of event sourcing is een pluspunt; Een attitude om te leren en uitdagingen aan te gaan is voor ons belangrijker dan theoretische kennis; Je hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen; Dankzij jouw jarenlange ervaring ben je met weinig inlooptijd een toegevoegde waarde; Je wenst inbreng te hebben in hoe de dingen worden aangepakt en wilt je eigenaar voelen van de software waar je aan meewerkt; Je weet als geen ander dat communicatie cruciaal is om alles binnen je team vlot te laten verlopen en je werkt graag samen met junior collega's; Je haalt er voldoening uit om teamleden naar een hoger niveau te tillen en staat er anderzijds ook voor open om van diezelfde collega’s te leren; Je bent een goede spreker en schrijver, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
