The Position Are you an experienced housekeeping professional ready to bring your keen eye for detail, exceptional standards, and impressive people and administrative skills to a new role at a world-leading luxury hotel? You will be responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, ensuring that the highest levels of guest care and satisfaction are met. Bringing exacting standards, your duties will include making daily inspections of key areas across the hotel, from VIP rooms and check-out rooms to various public areas of the property. And you will lead by example, holding daily briefings with the housekeeping department, and training and managing your team. You will also be tasked with meeting the department’s budgetary requirements. Your ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the hotel, and lead and motivate your team to play their part in delivering an unparalleled experience for our guests will define your success in the role.
