Mercier Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented IT Functional Analyst to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions. Your analytical skills and technical expertise will be essential in driving projects forward and ensuring that systems meet business needs. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for technology, we want to hear from youResponsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements. Facilitate training sessions and create end-user documentation for new system functionalities. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users regarding system functions and enhancements. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an IT Functional Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management principles and software development life cycle. Experience with documentation tools and methodologies to create functional specifications. Proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
