ATCON GLOBAL is looking for an IT Functional Analyst to support one of our clients on Digital Transformation projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-review business requirements, validate functionality of end product, and describe an appropriate solution
- Map functional requirements, perform functional analysis, write specifications and draw flowcharts
- Ensure technical decisions are implemented throughout the process until quality control, and process any required adjustments
- Analyze user behavior and statistics on the different platforms
- Write detailed user requirement (user stories) with concrete acceptance criteria
- Provide insights to aid decisions on the backlog and prioritization
- Identify stakeholder dependencies, stay in touch with stakeholders, and coordinate with IT, UX/UI, and other stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Security)
- Participate in the development of new features and improvements to existing platforms, particularly in defining and conceiving improvements
- Follow up on development and provide support for the team during development
- Define test plans and test cases together with the tester
- Contribute in the scrum process (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, backlog refinement, sprint review)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in performing functional analysis, writing user stories and functional testing
- Experience in API and swagger analysis, POSTMAN usage
- Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders
- Experience in drawing flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, data mapping
- Has already worked with agile/scrum methodology
- Experience in customer needs analysis is a plus
