Working closely with the CFO and operational teams, the Financial & Business Controller will oversee all controlling and FP&A activities while playing a key role in strategic decision-making across the organization.You will manage the full budget cycle, challenge financial results, lead planning processes, and develop internal reporting tools. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment: Controlling & Financial Management Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual closing) Conduct P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses with variance explanations Oversee accruals, provisions, allocations, and journal entries with the accounting team Supervise accounting deliverables in collaboration with internal and external accountants Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead budgeting and forecasting processes (annual, quarterly, long-term) Monitor performance vs. targets and explain variances Prepare internal reports aligned with group standards Business Controlling & Strategic Finance Act as a finance business partner to key departments: Sales, Product, IT, Marketing, Operations Build and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting tools Contribute to pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and business cases Must-Have Solid background in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis Sound understanding of accounting standards Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking Fluent in English + French or Dutch Hands-on, business-oriented, and proactive Nice-to-Have Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Previous experience in SaaS, fintech, or transactional digital businesses 30 days off per year (legal + extra + company days) Flexible remote working (with allowance) + possibility to work abroad 4 weeks/year Mobility budget Comprehensive medical and hospitalization insurance for you and your family Access to the company's own employee benefits platform Yearly company retreat Learning & development programs (languages, technical skills, personal growth) A creative, collaborative team with a strong Belgian identity and open-minded culture
