**Ben jij nauwkeurig, analytisch en klantgericht?**
Jouw taken:
- **Opmaken van kostprijsfiches**: Gebaseerd op informatie van de Sales Representative na klantbezoeken of directe klantvragen.
- **Nauwkeurig en op tijd werken**: Altijd leveren tegen de afgesproken deadlines.
- **Zoeken van juiste artikelen**: Voor een volledige en correcte kostprijsfiche in Excel.
- **MS Office vaardigheden**: Uitstekend werken met MS Office, kritisch kijken naar cijfers en analytisch redeneren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- **Omzetten van kostprijsfiches naar offertes**: Zorgvuldig informeren van de klant over de bestelling. Flexibel inspelen op eventuele wijzigingen.
- **Voorzien van montage-instructies en productinformatie**: Inleven in de informatiebehoefte van montageploegen op locatie. Administratieve werkvoorbereiding behoort ook tot jouw taken.
- **Sterke administratieve vaardigheden**: Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en nauwkeurigheid in administratieve taken.
Jouw communicatiestijl:
- **Interne contacten**: Communiceren met sales representatives, accountmanagers en customer service om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen op de hoogte is en over de juiste informatie beschikt.
- **Externe contacten**: Regelmatig contact met leveranciers voor prijsonderhandelingen, bestellingen en leverdata.
- **Rapporteren aan de Technical Internal Sales Manager**: Voor vragen kan je altijd terecht bij je manager of directe collega's. Samenwerken in een hecht team is cruciaal.

- **Teamspeler**: Jij werkt graag in teamverband en ondersteunt jouw collega's met jouw expertise.

- 12 ADV dagen

Pay: €2.500,00 - €4.000,00 per month
