Het departement Beheer microdata (DD) is verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, valideren en verspreiden van micro-economische gegevens van financiële en niet-financiële bedrijven.
Binnen de Data Collection Unit (CL) zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Account Officer voor het team “Transactions with foreign countries & other declarations”. Deze sectie is verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van ondernemingen die transacties hebben met andere landen en voor het verzamelen van de gegevens die nodig zijn om de economische stromen van voornamelijk niet-financiële bedrijven in kaart te brengen.
**Functie**:
- je werkt mee aan de selectie van bedrijven en het verzamelen van hun gegevens
- je draagt bij aan een goede communicatie:
- je behandelt vragen
- je biedt de nodige ondersteuning aan ondernemingen
- je zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie up-to-date en duidelijk is, zowel intern als voor de aangevers
- je speelt een actieve rol in de projecten en voortdurende verbetering van processen binnen het team, binnen een veranderend IT- en regelgevingskader.
**Profiel**:
- je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma boekhouding of bedrijfskunde
- je innoveert graag en streeft naar efficiëntie terwijl je toch nauwkeurig blijft
- je kunt goed omgaan met stress
- je bent bereid om snel kennis op te doen over de werking van toepassingen, processen, het wettelijk kader en je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools
- je vindt het leuk om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- je hebt een actieve kennis van het Frans (minimum niveau B2). Kennis van het Engels en Duits is een pluspunt
- je bent klantgericht en je hebt aandacht voor de zorgen en behoeften van aangevers en andere belanghebbenden.
