**Jouw functie**
Als Paralegal maak je deel uit van het legal team van Democo en ondersteun je de business in de naleving van wet
- en regelgeving en het beheren van juridische risico's. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:
- Assisteren bij het opstellen, analyseren en reviseren van contracten, overeenkomsten en andere juridische documenten met betrekking tot bouwprojecten.
- Onderzoek uitvoeren naar wet
- en regelgeving met betrekking tot diverse dossiers.
- Beheren van juridische dossiers en documentatie, inclusief het bijhouden van contracten en correspondentie.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de senior legal counsels, zoals onderzoek doen in diverse dossiers, verzamelen van diverse documentatie en het voorbereiden van juridische documenten.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma Rechten of je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Rechtspraktijk aangevuld met relevante ervaring.
- Een eerste werkervaring als Paralegal of in een vergelijkbare juridische ondersteunende rol, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector, is een grote troef.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en gaat grondig, en met oog voor detail, te werk.
- Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen. Je bent flexibel om in functie van de noden jouw planning bij te stellen.
- Je bent bedreven in het omgaan met tijdsdruk en vindt voldoening in het halen van deadlines
- Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Hasselt en bent bereid om je uitzonderlijk te verplaatsen naar één van onze andere vestigingen (Anderlecht, Antwerpen, Gent).
