Your mission
Summary
In this mission-critical role, you and your team will be representing numa in the actual hospitality units, making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Furthermore, you will be in charge of ensuring the best service experience possible.
You Will Focus On
- Ensure numa guest experience standards are consistently executed
- Ensure the day to day operation of the allocated hospitality units within the numa standards and legal framework
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors and ensure service level agreements are in place
- Ensure that regular quality control inspections are conducted
- Ensure proactive & preventive maintenance and up-keeping program to protect and safeguard the physical conditions
of the allocated units
- Contribute actively to developing and delivering the numa brand and product on the property
- Ensure that all local legal requirements, permits, and operational backup systems are constantly maintained
**Profile**:
- Proven track record of hotel operations preferably from a housekeeping or front office background
- Financial understanding of cost control procedures and inventory management
- First leadership experience in managing small teams and external partners
- Good understanding of the respective local market and business fluctuations
- Ability to work under pressure & well organized.
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment
- French and English are required, other languages would be great
- Driving license is mandatory
