Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- En tant que Category Buyer Technical Goods and Services, vous êtes responsable de la recherche d’un sourcing performant dans le cadre de la stratégie d'achat choisie. Et ce, pour des fournitures et services techniques de premier ordre : investissements et contrats de maintenance pour les ateliers et gares ferroviaires, fournitures de matériaux et d'outils, énergie et investissements en matière d'économies d'énergie.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant que Category Buyer TGS, vous êtes responsable des achats dans votre domaine. Vous soutenez les processus d'achat complexes pour les investissements, les fournitures, les services et l'énergie de la SNCB. A cet égard, vous gardez en ligne de mire la stratégie de vos domaines d’achat:
- Investissements techniques pour les ateliers d’entretien et les gares.
- Fournitures de matériel et d’outils techniques
- Énergie (électricité, diesel et gaz naturel).
- Concrètement, vos tâches sont les suivantes:
- Vous dirigez des dossiers de sourcing en collaboration avec les stakeholders en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
- Vous travaillez dans le cadre de la stratégie d'achat
- Vous prenez des décisions en tenant compte du Total Cost of Ownership.
- Vous garantissez à vos clients internes une livraison dans les délais.
- Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration de la collaboration, des processus et des méthodes de travail.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d’un master (ou équivalent par expérience) ET comptez une première expérience en procurement dans une grande (moyenne) entreprise.- Vous disposez des compétences suivantes:
- Vous pouvez analyser les besoins de vos clients internes et osez les remettre en question sur la base de vos connaissances et de votre expérience.
- Vous êtes avide d'apprendre et souhaitez élargir en permanence votre connaissance du marché.
- Vous possédez un solide sens commercial que vous utilisez de manière appropriée dans votre fonction.
- Vous pouvez gérer le stress. Vous planifiez correctement vos tâches pour assurer une continuité maximale.
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de bonnes notions d’anglais.
- La connaissance de SAP et de la législation sur les marchés publics constitue un atout.
