Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als Senior Data analyst maak je analyses, bouw je dashboards en realiseer je AI oplossingen die de marketing
- en salesacitiviteten van de NMBS ondersteunen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je bent een all-round expert in data & analytics die door middel van heldere communicatie analyses en inzichten kan realiseren.- Je takenpakket bestaat uit het volgende:
- Je gebruikt Python en Pyspark binnen een databricksomgeving om grote datasets te verzamelen, cleanen, analyseren en interpreteren.
- Je bouwt dashboards (in PowerBI) die op strategisch en tactisch niveau de beslissingen kunnen sturen en onderbouwen.
- Je analyseert data om patronen, trends en inzichten te genereren.
- Je kan zowel ad-hoc analyses uitvoeren als bouwen aan recurrente industrialiseerbare tools.
- Je werkt samen met verschillende teams om uitdagingen te identificeren en deze te vertalen naar datagedreven oplossingen.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma in de richting handelsingenieur, (toegepaste) economische wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige opleiding met focus op wiskunde, statistiek, data-analyse en kwantitatieve methoden EN je hebt twee jaar relevante ervaring.- Daarnaast beschik je over volgende competenties en vaardigheden:
- Je bent sterk in het programmeren in Python voor data manipulatie, analyse en visualisatie.
- Je hebt ervaring met Pyspark voor het verwerken van grote datasets. Kennis van Databricks en/of PowerBI is een extra pluspunt.
- Je hebt een sterke theoretische basis in statistische analyse, machine learning algoritmes en andere data science techieken.
- Je communiceert vlot en bent in staat om complexe concepten duidelijk en beknopt uit te leggen aan je stakeholders.
- Je denkt steeds probleemoplossend en bent in staat om zowel individueel als in teamverband te werken.
