**Description de l'annonce**:
Pour l'un de nos clients situé à Louvain-la-Neuve, nous recherchons un Project Manager.
Mission:
- Identifier les pièces à produire à partir d’un dossier de projet ou prise de mesure sur site
- Planifier des visites de chantier avec les clients
- Déterminer une solution technique adaptée
- Réaliser les plans détaillés de fabrication des pièces & mentionner les cotations, les états de surfaces, les tolérances de fabrication et d’assemblage à respecter. Si nécessaire : mentionner les soudures numérotées et leur(s) contrôle(s) associé(s).
- Participer à l'élaboration des réponses aux appels d'offres
- Recherche des fournisseurs
- Négocier les prestations avec les fournisseurs
- Adapter et valider avec le client les simulations et/ou les prototypes
- Piloter le projet en constituant, organisant, coordonnant et animant l'équipe projet selon le cahier des charges
- Assurer et rapporter l’état d’avancement des travaux à son responsable ainsi qu’au client
- Veiller au respect des délais
- Constituer des dossiers techniques
- Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client
- Supervision des montages sur site & missions ponctuelles de montage
- Réception de la fiche de travail du Technico-administratif lorsqu’un dossier constructeur complet est demandé, le rédiger et l’envoyer au client au plus vite. Signature du QA et transmission au département admin pour archivage.
- Evaluer et faire progresser les professionnels travaillant sur son projet
- Superviser du point de vue technique les ouvriers
- Créer et faire évoluer des nomenclatures, mettre à jour et rédiger des notices techniques ou de la documentation
- Se tenir au courant de l’évolution technique et technologique du métier
- S’intégrer dans une équipe de travail
- Appliquer rigoureusement les règles de sécurité et d’hygiène en vigueur dans l’entreprise
**Votre profil**:
FORMATION / CONNAISSANCES:
- Bachelier ou ingénieur ou expérience significative comme Projet manager piping
- Logiciels : CAO (Solidworks), DAO, 3D (PDS, PDMS)
- Connaissance des normes et réglementations inhérentes à notre secteur
- Techniques de gestion des risques
- Démarche qualité
- Connaissance dans le secteur pharmaceutique
EXPERIENCE:
- Connaissance dans le piping obligatoirement
QUALITES PERSONNELLES:
- Connaissance de l’anglais technique lu, écrit et parlé.
- Connaissances de base en informatique : système d’exploitation Windows et Microsoft (Word, Excel), ERP, travail en réseau, recherche sur internet.
- Bonne présentation

- Faire preuve de sang-froid et de réactivité
- Autonomie
- Collaborer avec les autres services de l’entreprise
