**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De afdeling Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle vakactiviteiten van Sibelga. Zo kan er efficiënt gewerkt worden en kunnen de activiteiten zich verder ontwikkelen. De afdeling zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over autonome informatica die inspeelt op de evolutie van haar behoeften en de technologieën.

Binnen de afdeling DBS is de dienst IT Production verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de infrastructuur en de bewerkingen van de systemen en toepassingen waarop het informatiesysteem van Sibelga steunt. Binnen deze dienst is de Team Manager Infrastructure Operations & Exploitation verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de operationele activiteiten van de systemen en applicaties. Die activiteiten worden momenteel georganiseerd rond drie pijlers:

- Exploitatie - Alle beheersactiviteiten in verband met de uitvoering van vakapplicaties (monitoring, alerting, batch scheduling, implementaties).
- OT - Alle beheersactiviteiten in verband met de systemen die de operationele applicaties van ons gas
- en elektriciteitsnetwerk in realtime ondersteunen (Operational Technology).
- Infrastructuur - Alle beheersactiviteiten in verband met de werking van de datacentersystemen.

De Team Manager rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de dienst IT Production en leidt dus drie teams van in totaal een dertigtal personen. Hij kan rekenen op de ondersteuning van twee Team Leads voor de teams Exploitatie en Infrastructuur. Hij treedt zelf op als Team Lead voor het team OT.

**JOUW JOB**:
Als Team Manager neem je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op jou:

- Je garandeert in alle omstandigheden de stabiliteit van het informatiesysteem dat in productie is gesteld, de coherentie en de performance ervan.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuurdiensten van alle omgevingen (Dev, Test, ACC, Production) beschikbaar zijn volgens de overeengekomen dienstenniveaus.
- Ook People Management en Resource Management behoren tot je takenpakket: prioriteren van de activiteiten, waken over het evenwicht tussen de resources en de verwachtingen, motiveren van de teams, zorgen voor de communicatie top-down en bottom-up en de ontplooiing van de medewerkers).
- Je bereidt de budgettaire oefening van de dienst voor de komende jaren voor en garandeert de opvolging van de lopende begrotingen.
- Je beheert de contracten van onze dienstenverstrekkers (opvolging van de contracten en de diensten, herziening van de SLA’s).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bent ingenieur of je hebt een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of economische richting.
- Je hebt gedurende minimum vijf jaar met succes teams geleid.
- Je hebt een succesvolle ervaring van minimum vijf jaar op het vlak van beheer van operationele systemen. Je gaat methodisch, nauwkeurig en pragmatisch te werk.
- Je beheerst de beheersystemen voor IT-processen (ITSM) en je hebt een aantoonbare grondige kennis van de ITIL-processen. Kennis van Omnitracker is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt erkende vaardigheden op het gebied van IT-infrastructuur (Virtualisatie, Opslag, Cloud) en veiligheid.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans alsook het professioneel technisch Engels.
- Kernvaardigheden: klant
- en resultaatgericht, organiseren en plannen, analyseren, communicatie, teamplayer, assertief, flexibel en stressbestendig.
