**Votre défi**

En tant que CRM Officer vous développé les relations de l’enseigne avec ses clients. Vous mettez en place des communications directes et personnalisée avec ceux-ci en développez en parallèle le programme de fidélisation de l’enseigne.
- Vous proposez un plan CRM annuel reprenant toutes les campagnes de l’année accompagné d’un objectif de campagne sur base des résultats des communications précédentes
- Vous proposez les différents types d’audience à activer en fonction des priorités business
- Vous définissez le budget nécessaire à la mise en place opérationnelle du plan
- Vous faites un suivi de la législation en terme de date client
- Vous réunissez dans le plan CRM toutes les action one-to-one de l’enseigne (online & offline)
- Vous communiquez à tous les intervenants les différentes action CRM à mettre en place pour chaque action
- Vous identifiez les besoins client grâce à votre connaissance produit et travaillez le potentiel de développement via des campagnes systématiques
- Vous contrôlez que le contenu et le support soient pertinents par rapport à l’objectif de campagne avant la communication au client
- Vous analysez et interprétez les résultats des campagnes CRM via des control group
- Vous fournissez au marques les résultats de leur campagne
- Vous analysez les résultats du programme de fidélisation en adoptant un regard client**Votre profil**
- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire ou une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du logiciel Office et des systèmes hybris, SAS et BO
- Vous avez un esprit d’initiative et de collaboration
- Vous êtes orienté client
- Vous êtes francophone et avez des connaissances en néerlandais et en anglais
