**Your future job**
- Define strategic roadmap related to CRM and CDP
- Provide oversight, leadership, and strategic recommendations for high level technical issues with CRM, audience segmentation and project prioritization/completion
- Contribute to the most detailed definition possible of our typical customer profiles
- Ensure reporting for the CRM and present information to management and potentially to other departments or partners.
- Collaborate closely and strongly with partners and providers on mid
- and long-term to ensure personalised, complex and technically sounds solutions adapted to our products
- Collaborate/Brainstorm with the online department but also other teams (IT, gaming halls, branding ) to advise on actions and campaigns and apprehend the values of predicted and available leads
- Boost results thanks to commercial opportunities whilst also focusing on engagement, customer retention and loyalty of our clientele namely through information collection and opportunities created through our tools
- Ensure GDPR compliancy whilst remaining qualitative qualified leads
- Be accountable for data quality and suggest optimisations on database and data treatment
- Provide market research and stay on top of trends to come up with new innovative ideas in terms of projects, opportunities, ideas, etc. to share with the team and company
**Who are you**
You are a technical expert in terms of Customer Data Platforms to grasp how they work, the way they can be set up and analysed to create opportunities. You dive into data to analyse segments and criteria to then develop your campaigns and come up with creative ideas. A problem is never a problem for long. Your creative thinking and analytical mindset deliver new ideas which can predict situations and develop innovative actions.
Working on your own and without sharing with other teams is impossible and unconceivable. Your role is to take decisions based on data and strategies which will have an impact on the whole company and its products. You can map which departments and teams can be of any added value in order to collaborate closely with them and build strong and qualitative professional relationships with them.
In terms of mindset, you are down-to-earth and are not looking for internal politics. Brainstorming to come up with innovative ideas and creative solutions is more important than everyone’s ego. Working towards a project and a goal is what drives you and you understand this can also means emergencies, unpredictable events and tense situations. This is why a positive, family-like and professional work environment matters so much with you in order to sail through easy and not so easy moments together.
**Some of your talents**
- 5 years’ experience on CRM-centric roles
- Acute knowledge of digital marketing in terms of strategies, tools, opportunities and concepts
- Strong operational experience in terms of monitoring of results, setting up KPIs, analyses of campaigns, commercial discussions with partners, etc.
- Analytical mindset, flexible and organised
- Collaborative personality, clear communication and stress-resistant
- Comfortable in English with preferably some knowledge of French and/or Dutch
