What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You are responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Data Management team.
- You provide ongoing updates to leadership on staff progress/activities and data management deadlines/deliverables.
- You assist in maintaining overall data quality/integrity/security for all projects.
- You assist with developing, enhancing and maintaining compliant Data Management business processes, procedures, documentation and workflows.
What you’ll need to be successful at Avantor:
- You preferably have 3 years of experience in Data Management or transferable experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP are a big advantage.
- You have good people skills and know how to coach a team.
- You have attention to detail and can adapt to new priorities.
