Division S&op Planner Etex Exteriors

**Purpose**
The Divisional S&OP Planner Fibre-Cement/ Exteriors will have the accountabilities to:
- Manage and coordinate the Platform **S&OP **(Sales & Operations Planning) process aligned with the Exteriors Division objectives.
- This planner also facilitates each S&OP meeting to ensure the team is focused on the plan to achieve the business objectives.
- Coordinate & Follow-up the execution of the S&OP Plans through local S&OP and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution)
- The person in this role engages all levels of the organization and guides each functional area in understanding how it impacts the S&OP process
- As a key-user, help to develop a mature Supply Chain Planning organisation in the Division including process improvement, the use & development of the planning tools the quality of the planning data and lift people planning skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning Operations
- Implement, Manage, and coordinate the Division/Platform S&OP process incorporating sales and production forecasts, identifying, and managing any shortfalls or excess capacity for a period of min 18 month rolling
- Ensure target stock levels are defined and updated as required and followed by Country Planning teams and challenges them.
- Participate in the development of models to optimize safety stocks without negatively affecting customer service levels.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, with the Demand Planners to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand
- Notify Scheduling and Manufacturing of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely basis
- Communicate with Manufacturing about promotions, new products forecasts, and launch timing updates
- Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues
- Facilitate monthly supply review including consensus between functions and stakeholders
- Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of assumptions of regularly scheduled planning meetings,
- Review, store, and backup final adjusted and unadjusted supply plans
- **Strategic / Finance**
- Review, Propose to Supply chain Leadership and adjust the supply strategy (Make vs. buy, subcontracting, Portfolio standardisation) in alignment with business strategy of the Platform/Division to mitigate costs and maximize service
- Support the finance forecast review process by collaborating with Finance team on assessment of scenarios.
- Contribute to Supply chain priorities of the division via the Supply chain Leadership team.
- **Process / Continuous improvement**
- Lead or contribute to Division/Platform projects, for instance, of network design or optimization of inventory, service level, costs.
- Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
- Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes
- Act as key-user for Supply Planning Process
- Support the implementation of planning tools.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Head of Division/Platform Supply chain or the Global Head of Planning
**Language Skills**
- English (fluent written and verbal communication, incl. presentation skills) + any other languages are highly preferred to necessary pending the region

**Functional Knowledge and Skills**:
- Understanding of ERP, Planning tools and related software solutions. Experience in Advanced Planning System implementation is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Good knowledge on project management methodology
- Highly computer literate
- Outstanding numerical analysis skills
- IT savvy
**Required Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
- MBA or master’s degree in business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
- APICS Certification is a plus (CPIM, SC Planning Certificate)
- Or equivalent by experience.

**Geographical Context and Travel Requirements**:This role will require limited travel within Europe. Up to 25%
