Voor de verdere uitbouw van ons MarCom Team zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **ervaren Social Media expert (M/V/X).**
**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Speelt een centrale rol in de uitbouw van een sterke strategie rond digitale campagnes en paid media, rekening houdend met bedrijfsobjectieven, doelgroepen, enz.
- Bedenkt, maakt, publiceert en analyseert social media content die de verschillende doelgroepen van Agoria informeert, inspireert en converteert; werkt daarvoor samen met interne medewerkers en/of externe agentschappen;
- Staat in voor de planning, analyse en rapportering van content op sociale media kanalen;
- Monitort SEO en werkt de Agoria bedrijfspagina’s steeds bij in functie van nieuwe ontwikkelingen;
- Zoekt, in samenspraak met IT, de geschikte social listening tool om online conversaties te monitoren en relevante gespreksonderwerpen in kaart te brengen (op vlak van brand, vergelijkbare organisaties, thema’s & keywords);
- Zal het positief imago van Agoria op relevante sociale media bewaken en verder uitbouwen en de kanalen van Agoria doen groeien op vlak van engagement, conversies en bereik binnen specifieke doelgroepen;
- Voorziet de nodige coaching van interne medewerkers om ook het aantal ambassadeurs binnen de eigen organisatie te doen groeien;
- Werkt mee aan de data-driven marketing strategie van de organisatie en begeleidt in dit traject ook een klein groepje van medewerkers;
- Ondersteunt projecten eigen aan de MarCom afdeling: vb. bewaken van de belangen van de Agoria branding, ledenwerving en toezien op de naleving van GDPR regels.
**Jouw ervaring**
De ideale kandida(a)t(e)
- beschikt over een diploma (Digitale) Communicatie/Marketing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- heeft minimum 5 jaar ervaring;
- heeft aantoonbare ervaring in het opzetten van paid media campagnes;
- is een social media strateeg die doorgedreven expertise op vlak van social media kan voorleggen;
- heeft een ware passie voor social media en is als dusdanig op de hoogte van de laatste trends en technologieën;
- Is creatief met beeld en tekst;
- deelt graag kennis en ervaring met het team en andere interne medewerkers;
- is dynamisch, zeer gedreven en toont initiatief;
- is tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans).
