Voor onze klant, gelegen te Antwerpen, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Teamleader Infrastructuur die graag de verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen om een infrastructuurteam te leiden.
Als Infrastructure Team Lead zal je infrastructuur implementatie projecten leiden en verantwoordelijk zijn voor een IT-team.

**Functieomschrijving Teamleader Infrastructure**:
Voor deze functie als Teamleader Infrastructuur zal jij de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor volgende taken.
- Infrastructuurstrategie, planning, architectuur en optimalisatie om aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te voldoen;
- Automatisering architectuur, beheer en engineering;
- IT operations management tools architectuur en optimalisatie;
- Definiëren en onderhouden van infrastructuur operaties en implementatie van het beleid;
- Creëren van een positieve klantervaring;
- Monitoren en ontwikkelen van KPI's;
- Prioriteren en toewijzen van taken, coördineren en aansturen van teams en teamleden, ontwikkeling van medewerkers en deze motiveren om zakelijke doelen te bereiken;
- Monitoren en evalueren van team en persoonlijke prestaties;
**Profiel Teamleader Infrastructure**:
Voor deze functie als Teamleader Infrastructuur zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerd en ambitieus persoon met relevante technische kennis. Verder wordt er verwacht dat jij over volgende kwaliteiten beschikt:
- Ervaring met implementatie en onderhoud van relevante IT-infrastructuurtechnologieën;
- Ambitie om een team te leiden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;
- Probleemoplossende mentaliteit;
- Goede schriftelijke en verbale vaardigheden;
- Vermogen om belangrijke beslissingen te nemen.
