Your main focus is to coordinate the quality of work for a group of Warehouse administrative workers who support the warehouse operations and the commercial activities. You are in charge of ensuring smooth operations and coach the team.
**Your responsibilities**
- You are responsible for coordinating, overseeing and planning the work of the Warehouse admin officers and Warehouse commercial officers;
- You ensure a smooth internal alignment and communication with the different dedicated teams in the warehouse operations for mobile, infrastructure and installation;
- You are able to define the right priorities for the team and ensure a follow up on urgent or escalated admin tasks and help out where needed;
- You are responsible for the data and document management linked to warehouse operations and commercial support activities. Here you focus on becoming more and more efficient and less paper based every day;
- You focus on the quality of data in the different warehouse and DIGI systems and you make sure all the activities are in line with the Standard Operating Procedures;
- You are in charge of all people management activities for the team: hiring, performance management, training, coaching and daily follow up on the quality of the work;
- You motivate the team and create a positive work environment;
- You always keep the end game in mind: supporting our mission to make telecom affordable and attaining our company strategy (Build - Disrupt - Win) and objectives (OKR's). You actively contribute to the 'Build' goals, supporting the mobile and fiber teams to reach their challenging targets to build and operate our own network;
- You work in close collaboration with the Warehouse manager, the Warehouse team leader, Warehouse supervisors and Warehouse logistics expert.
- You have strong organisation, planning and data management qualities;
- You have a first experience with steering, planning and coaching the work of a small team; You have strong communication skills and are able to express yourself in English and French or Dutch as a 2nd language.
