- Om onze Payroll & HR Admin afdeling te sluiten, bevestigd in Brussel, is Equans op zoek naar een Operational Lead.

**Onder leiding van de Manager HR Administratie & Payroll is de Operational Lead verantwoordelijk voor**:

- coördinatie van alle payroll afsluiten/uitvoeren van payroll afsluiten en controles
- initiëren en meewerken aan payroll projecten
- alle legale wijzigingen op vlak van payroll en HR admin opvolgen
- deelnemen aan interne en externe payroll audits
- communicatie intern en extern over payroll topics
- berekening en controles van alle speciale berekeningen/uitwerken en uitvoeren van de nodige processen en verbeteringen van de tools

Om dit te doen, werk je nauw samen met de teamleads Payroll & HR Admin, het HR IS-team en het sociaal secretariaat voor volgende zaken:

- opvolgen en laten implementeren van alle legale wijzigingen op vlak van payroll en HR admin
- standaardiseren en vereenvoudigen van huidige processen, in samenwerking met de teamleiders
- documenteren van payroll & admin processen en regelgeving op een gedeelde Sharepoint
- onderhouden van deze processen volgens interne (Procesreview) of externe (wetgeving monitoring) aanpassingen
- de correcte toepassing/verwerking van de sociale en fiscale wetgeving binnen of buiten het loonadministratiesysteem, rekening houdend met sectorale, bedrijfsspecifieke en/of individuele afspraken
- meewerken aan interne en externe audits met betrekking tot salarisadministratie en HR-administratie en/of HR-processen
- meewerken aan HR-projecten, bijvoorbeeld het begeleiden en adviseren van payrollprojecten

Beheer:

- het regelmatig uitvoeren van tweemaandelijkse (arbeiders) en maandelijkse (werknemers/SWT) payrollprocessen en operationele coördinatie van alle payroll afsluiten
- het uitvoeren van alle speciale berekeningen (EJP, VG, uitbetaling niet-opgenomen verlof,CAO90) en coördineren van controles van deze berekeningen
- initiëren, opvolgen en testen van kleine en grotere wijzigingen aan het SAP HR-systeem voor een legaal correcte en vlotte werking van het systeem

**Zijn we een “match”?**
- je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring
- je hebt kennis van SAP HR en Payroll
- je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office-software (Word, Excel)
- je bent een uitstekende communicator, empathische facilitator
- je bent open, communicatief en een teamspeler
- je hebt goed analytisch vermogen, administratief sterk
- je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en gedocumenteerd met oog voor detail en een kritische ingesteldheid
- je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
