Streamz is de Vlaamse streamingdienst, opgericht in september 2020 door DPG Media en Telenet. Streamz brengt de strafste ‘Streamz Originals’ uit eigen huis in fictie, docu en reality, aangevuld met heel wat lokale producties van DPG Media (VTM) en Play Media (Play4) en uitgebreide catalogus content. Daarnaast heeft het platform een uitgebreid internationaal aanbod van o.a. HBO en HBO Max, aangevuld met een kidszone, en op Streamz+ een extra aanbod aan honderden recente films.
Streamz is een lokale scale-up met 35 gepassioneerde medewerkers die zich bezighouden met content, marketing & communicatie, sales en productontwikkeling.
Als Data Governance Analyst neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid op om vorm te geven aan ons Data Governance framework en dit te implementeren. Je zal ervoor zorgen dat onze datasets betrouwbaar en efficiënt zijn opgebouwd, om zo de impact van onze data te maximaliseren. Je zorgt voor de nodige processen, verantwoordelijkheden en monitoring om een betrouwbare data omgeving te verzekeren. Als collega binnen het Data & Consumer Intelligence team ondersteun je de collega data analisten en werk je nauw samen met de verschillende business teams en onze externe partners, inclusief de teams bij onze moederhuizen, DPG Media en Telenet.

**Wat ga je allemaal doen?**
- Uittekenen en implementeren van een Data Governance Framework: ta: principes en processen inbouwen in de werking van Streamz om zo de kwaliteit van de data en het vertrouwen erin te maximaliseren
- Opzetten en beheren van data quality checks en alerts
- Faciliteren van processen om data quality issues aan te pakken
- Nauw samenwerken met de data analysten per business domein (marketing, content, finance, product,...) om goed de analyse en rapportering noden te begrijpen
- Overzicht creëren van de verschillende datanoden en dataproducten overheen de verschillende business domeinen binnen Streamz
- Mee bouwen en beheren van dataproducten en -dataketens in samenwerking met de data engineers om de kwaliteit en stabiliteit te verzekeren
- Voortdurend initiatief nemen om onze data omgeving naar een hoger niveau te tillen
- Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Data & CI Lead.
**Als ideale kandidaat heb je volgend profiel**:
- Master of Bachelor in een relevant domein (economie, IT, Informatiemanagement, ingenieur, wiskunde, statistiek,)
- Vijftal jaar relevante ervaring in het data domein: data-analyse, data quality, data governance, data engineering,...
- Kennis van de belangrijkste principes van Data Quality / Data Governance
- Ervaring met Data Quality tools (vb. Great Expectations, Soda,...) of Data Analyse tools (vb. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- Ervaring in het bouwen van datasets, dataproducten, data pipelines
- Sterke skills in SQL, Python,
- Bruggenbouwer tussen de data eindgebruikers in de business teams en de technische datateams binnen en buiten Streamz
- Initiatiefnemer en probleemoplosser
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
- Ervaring in cloud omgevingen (AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud,...) is zeker een voordeel
