De boekhoudkundige controleur moet erop toezien dat de kosten in de boekhouding van de CommV (commanditaire vennootschap die verschillende kantoren van het zelfstandig netwerk omvat) kosten zijn die worden gemaakt in het kader van de uitoefening van de commerciële activiteit van de CommV (verkoop van bankproducten en -diensten).
**De job in een notendop**
Als boekhoudkundig controleur moet jij in staat zijn de vinger te leggen op de boekhoudkundige of budgettaire incoherenties, maar ook op potentiële fraude. Samen met de regionale omkadering en de hiërarchie zorgen voor het uitwerken, onderhandelen over en vooral toetsen van (voldoende assertief zijn) de maatregelen die worden genomen ten aanzien van de CommV’s in de gevallen waarin boekhoudkundige, fiscale of juridische inbreuken worden vastgesteld.
Die controles zijn bedoeld om het reputatierisico van Belfius tot een minimum te beperken en erop toe te zien dat alles gebeurt volgens de mandaatovereenkomst/de statuten van de CommV.
De boekhoudkundig controleur moet boekhoudkundige controles uitvoeren op basis van een checklist die wordt goedgekeurd door de manager.
Hoofdopdrachten:
- Als boekhoudkundig controleur draag je bij tot het onder controle houden van het risico van je regio, zodat de directie PBR haar toekomstgerichte ambities kan verwezenlijken.
- Het voorbereiden en plannen van de interventies in de COMMV’s.
- Op basis van de boekhoudkundige stukken diverse controles uitvoeren (uitvoerige controle van facturen voor grote bedragen en steekproefsgewijs van facturen voor kleinere bedragen).
- Op het einde van de opdracht het verslag opmaken waarin de vaststellingen moeten worden opgenomen naast de verbeteringstrajecten om de Compliance manager en de bestuurders-zaakvoerders te debriefen met de nodige assertiviteit, zelfverzekerdheid en vooral diplomatie.
- Indien nodig voorbeelden geven van ‘best practices’ om de leidinggevenden van de CommV te helpen met het oog op een goede governance.
- De bewustwording rond fraude in het kantorennet promoten.
- Samenwerken met de permanente controleurs die moeten zorgen voor de monitoring van de implementatie van de diverse aanbevelingen die werden geformuleerd bij de controles op het terrein.

- je behaalde een bachelor of master (boekhouding, economie, fiscaliteit, recht enz.);
- kennis van commerciële boekhouding is een troef;
- je werkt gestructureerd en efficiënt en je kan snel al dan niet becijferde en visuele uiteenzettingen en slideshows voorbereiden voor het management;
- je beschikt over een analytische en een kritische geest en je durft je standpunt verdedigen;
- je bent uitgesproken klantgericht;
- je bent risico
- en controlebewust en tegelijk resultaatgericht;
- je staat open voor verandering en bent voortdurend op zoek naar manieren om de efficiëntie te verbeteren;
- je bent een teamspeler;
- je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans, kennis van het Engels is een troef.
