Becoming a walking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors. Juggling reservations and guests' special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable. Working closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment. 🔍 What are we looking for ? • You effortlessly switch between English and French to communicate with our diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Dutch or any other language is advantageous• You're a student in hospitality or a related field, but what truly counts is your vibrant personality: customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.• You have an internship agreement starting from December 2025 or January 2026, ideally for a period of six months.What to expect during your internship at Hotel Indigo Brussels City?• You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team in a prestigious environment.• You will develop practical skills in hotel management and customer service.• You will have the chance to participate in internal training and networking events.• For students residing abroad, we offer compensation for housing assistance and reimbursement of transportation expenses.• A complimentary lunch will be provided each time you are on duty.• Work Schedule and Professional Environment : The shifts include working hours from 7 AM to 3 PM as well as from 3 PM to 11 PM.
