Le Louise Hotel Brussels 5*, premier hôtel MGallery de Belgique, est à la recherche de son/sa futur/e stagiaire en meetings, events & groups. Intégrez notre équipe meetings, events & groups pour collectionner les challenges et qu’aucune de vos journées de travail ne se ressemble Le stage est à pourvoir dès le mois d'août 2026 pour une durée de 6 mois. Mission Vous participez à l'organisation des séminaires et banquets. Vos tâches principales seront de vous assurer que la promesse client est respectée (mise en place des salons, horaires pour la restauration, etc.), d'accueillir éventuellement les clients. Vous serez garant du bon déroulement des séminaires sur place et serez également en charge de certaines tâches administratives du service commercial (facturation, confirmation de dossiers, relances, etc.). - Accueillir les clients en séminaires ; - S'assurer de la bonne mise en place des salles ; - Réaliser le planning hebdomadaire des séminaires ; - S'assurer de la bonne diffusion des informations aux services concernés ; - Etre garant de la satisfaction client ; - Assister le Meetings & Events Planner pour la gestion des groupes dans Opera.
