This internship offers an exciting **dive into the world** of **meetings and events at our hotel.** Alongside our **experienced team**, you will **actively participate** in the complete management of our clients' events, in a friendly and stimulating environment.
**Your responsibilities?**
- You will be the **first point of contact** for our clients, responding to their inquiries and offering attractive proposals.
- You **will master contract writing and billing management.**:
- You will ensure **the well-being of our clients** during their stay, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- By participating in weekly meetings, you will **collaborate** with the food and beverage, kitchen, and reception teams **to plan upcoming events.**
**Desired Profile**
- You are **fluent in English to interact **comfortably with our international clientele. Knowledge of Dutch, French or any other language is a plus
- **A student in hospitality, Public Relations, Business, or Event Management, you have an internship agreement starting from July 2025 for a minimum of 4 months** (6 months is even better).
- We are looking for someone **cheerful, dynamic, and eager to learn**.
- **Administrative and/or commercial** skills are a big plus.
