Freelance Payroll Consultant Locatie: Brussel (hybride) Start: 1/1/2026 - 31/12/2027 Samenwerking: Freelance / Interim Management Over de opdracht Voor een van onze klanten zoeken we een ervaren freelance Payroll Consultant die een professionele en betrouwbare payrollservice garandeert. Je beheert de volledige loonverwerking, optimaliseert processen en ondersteunt zowel medewerkers als management met correcte en tijdige informatie. Je werkt nauw samen met HR-collega's en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen Compensation & Benefits, administratie, processen en beleid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Payroll & administratie Volledige en correcte loonverwerking volgens wetgeving en interne afspraken Bewaken van de betrouwbaarheid van identiteits- en salarisgegevens Uitvoeren van administratieve formaliteiten en opvolgen van betalingen binnen de deadlines Toezien op de correcte toepassing van policies, CAOs en arbeidsreglement Processen & optimalisatie Implementeren en optimaliseren van HR- en payrollprocessen (in/out, payrollflow) Voorstellen van verbeteringen binnen Compensation & Benefits Zorgen dat de payrolltool (DOTS by Attentia) en interfaces optimaal functioneren Communicatie & ondersteuning Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij payroll- of administratieve vragen Verstrekken van duidelijke communicatie via verschillende kanalen Rapporteren van statistieken, KPIs en notas met respect voor deadlines en kwaliteit Jouw profiel Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in payroll Grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving Ervaring met DOTS by Attentia is vereist Sterk in MS Office, vooral Excel Nauwkeurig, detailgericht en betrouwbaar Communicatief en een echte teamspeler Resultaatgericht, respect voor deadlines Vertraagd en discreet in omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie Zeer goede kennis van Frans + basiskennis Nederlands Waarom deze opdracht?
