The incumbent will deliver payroll services (including benefit management) according to the service catalog:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance of the Payroll Regional/Country Lead, he/she will perform following tasks:
- Deliver operational services under the operational scope, in a timely manner and high accuracy, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance.
- Provide prompt and effective response and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation.
- Process confidential data.
- Propose, support or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements.
- Procedures and operational database maintained & updated.
- Implement and follow up the Group and local rules, policies, and procedures, within their own domain.
- Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
- Take ownership of each inquiry, manage each request effectively, dispatch and escalate unresolved problems.
- Be able to manage several topics and prioritize the most urgent ones.
- Provide translations on request and deliver training in HR tools and processes.
- Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- For country focal (1 person in 1 country), act as consultant to business leader’s/HR colleagues on payroll process and policies.
**You will bring**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting,...or similar.
- Experience in payroll
- Fluent in French, knowledge of another language (especially English) is a plus
- Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel,...), knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Being a team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Being curious and eager to improve his/her own knowledge
- Proactive and autonomous working style
