**What we are looking for**

Within our strategic vision, the OutSystems platform is a cornerstone technology that empowers us to innovate rapidly and adapt with agility.

As an **OutSystems Architect**, you will be part of a new team of five people and will be responsible for defining, designing and managing the OutSystems platform at a high level. You will lead the technical vision and strategy function for the implementation of OutSystems within our organisation and act as the main source of expertise within this area. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our organisation and its members.
- Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for the OutSystems platform in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect.
- Design architectural solutions and guidelines within the OutSystems framework to ensure stability, scalability and security.
- Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to identify and implement the best solutions.
- Identify and implement best practices and standards for development within the OutSystems framework.
- Function as the main contact person for internal customers.
- Support the development team by providing coaching, mentoring, training, and preparing documentation.

**Your profile**
- In-depth knowledge of OutSystems ODC is a plus.
- Certified in OutSystems**:Architecture Specialist (ODC), Associate Developer (ODC), Associate Tech Lead (OutSystems 11) are a definite plus.**:

- A proven ability to design and deliver impactful architectural solutions for large-scale, complex business environments.
- Excellent command of English, with a strong preference for proficiency in French or Dutch.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their skills and knowledge of OutSystems.
- Willingness to participate in a standby shift rotation (1 week every 5 weeks), where you may be called in to respond to major incidents on the OutSystems platform. On weekdays, you will be on call during the evening and night (17:30 - 07:30), as well as throughout weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to take turns in order to provide continuous service in a morning shift (from 7:30 to 12:30) or afternoon shift (from 12:30 to 17:30). During this shift, you will be on call and serve as the first point of contact for any major incidents.
