**About the Role**

We are seeking a Domain Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise architecture within the Selling Engineering team. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes in the telecom sector. Experience with Siebel CRM is highly valued, and an interest in artificial intelligence is a plus, as we explore innovative ways to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain the domain architecture for CRM systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Lead solution design efforts across projects, acting as a technical authority and advisor.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate Siebel CRM capabilities into the broader IT landscape.
- Explore and propose AI-driven enhancements to CRM and customer experience strategies.
- Ensure architectural governance and contribute to technology roadmaps.
- Subject Matter Expert on Quote, Order & Product Inventory, responsible to maintain the Enterprise Information Model

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in domain architecture or solution architecture, ideally within the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Siebel CRM considered a significant asset.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of telecom-specific business processes and systems.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or CRM platforms.
