Binnen PMO Technology sta je aan het hoofd van E2E, zowel voor de Bank als voor de Verzekeringen, het proces van de rijping, de prioritering en de planning van de projectportefeuille.
Je zorgt er ook voor dat het genoemde proces voortdurend wordt versterkt en ontwikkeld, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de gebruikers en het management.

**De job in een notendop**

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren, veelzijdig en transversaal team van PMO-officieren en je belangrijkste taken zijn:

- In samenwerking met de andere teamleden het toezicht houden op en het monitoren van het hele proces en geheel autonoom bepaalde onderdelen van het proces faciliteren.
- Het organiseren en plannen van alle ceremonies, steerings en afstemmingen die verband houden met het proces.
- De Business
- en Technology-teams ondersteunen bij het monitoren en naleven van het proces, inclusief ad-hocondersteuning en een onderdeel met opleiding.
- Meewerken aan de reporting over de flow aan projecten die aan het proces worden onderworpen en zorgen voor datakwaliteit.
- Kritisch blijven en het proces voortdurend verbeteren.

- Je bent geboeid door technologie en je wil je kennis in de praktijk te brengen in de bank
- en verzekeringswereld.
- Je bent ondernemend en neemt initiatief.
- Organisatie en planning hebben geen geheimen voor jou en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Je hebt een geel goed aanvoelen van communicatie en weet je communicatiestijl aan te passen aan je gesprekspartner.
- Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig en aarzelt niet om het bestaande in twijfel te trekken.
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Je scoort extra punten als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Kennis van de Agile-principes en aanzienlijke ervaring met de opvolging van de uitvoering van projecten.
- Goede kennis van 'Excel en PowerPoint.
