You will join a **dynamic and enthusiastic finance team and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.**

**Tasks (among others)**:

- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, which will allow you to **learn and grow within your role**, working closely with them to prepare and present financial reports.
- Act as a true Finance Business Partner**: collaborate with other departments** to identify opportunities for improving financial processes, adding diversity to your role.
- Perform **variance analysis** (actual vs. budget).
- Analyze and prepare financial statements, including profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial position reports.
- **Budgeting and forecasting.**:

- Monitor all revenue and cost aspects for the departments you oversee, including stores and business processes.

**Profile - Business Controller / Finance Business Partner**:

- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- Experience in controlling or auditing (minimum of 3 years of experience).
- Experience with Business Intelligence is a plus.
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
