We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to reinforce the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) Finance Business partner team

**Context**
With a yearly turnover of more than €1,8 B€, EBU is a Telco Market leader in the Belgian professional sector and an important ICT player in the Benelux market. EBU is organized in five major customer value propositions departments (mix Telco /ICT) and three macro-segments (Transformational customers, segment of Industries and SME).

**Task description**

Within the EBU Finance Business partner team, we’re looking for a Finance specialist to support one of the Customer Value Propositions (Mobile - Things Applications and Analytics, Fixed Connectivity, Communication and Collaboration, Cloud & Security,) and this for the different Enterprise Segments. You will act as business partner of a CVP Head-of (member of the ESP staff) and support the Finance Business partners of the EBU segments. You will report to the Finance Manager of the EBU Performance Management _Center of Excellence._

**Responsibilities**
- Together with your business counterpart, you are responsible for the CVP forecasting process including 5-year plan, budget as well as monthly and quarterly budget reviews of revenues, direct margin and the operational drivers. You will challenge and consolidate the figures and present the proposal to the EBU FIN and Business directors.
- You are in charge of reporting on a monthly basis the main variances versus plan and last year and you will have to make monthly projections of risk and opportunities versus last forecast exercise. You will also be asked to support and follow up on potential action plans.
- By using your excellent communication and writing skills, you challenge performance improvement by preparing the finance opinion on complex business/customer cases to be submitted to the EBU Management and/or the Executive Committee for approval (new products, pricing files,)

You work in close collaboration with other Finance or Support departments (Tax, Accounting, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, Treasury,).

Profile

In order to manage all the above, we are looking for a colleague who is:

- has very good presentation skills (oral and writing);
- is well organized and can work within short deadlines;
- is results-oriented, has an analytical mind and can cope with stress;
- is a very good team player with excellent communication skills;
- and last but not least who is proactive, assertive and diplomatic.

Regarding your education & experience, we prefer a university degree, supplemented with at least 3 years of experience in a financial domain (audit, controlling, financial analysis). Of course, you can express yourself fluently in French, Dutch and English (oral and writing).
