Our department, Sales Insights & Analytics, is among others, responsible for reporting on:
- the import and sale of the Volkswagen, Audi, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Skoda and Porsche brands
- the sale of used cars under the Audi Approved Plus and MyWay labels
- the sale of other products and services, provided by our subsidiaries, such as Volkswagen D'Ieteren Finance, Electric by D'Ieteren,...
**Summary of role and expectations**:
The most important task will be to help our Cognos specialist to decommission this tool and recreate the necessary reports in PowerBI. During this process, it will be necessary to study the relevance of the old reports, to enrich them if necessary and/or to create new ones. To do so, it will be necessary to understand and know the needs of the end users (in this case, the 'Sales, Planning & Prices' teams).

**Advanced Knowledge of Power BI**:
Desktop & Paginated reports
DAX language (creation of measures)
Good understanding of databases but the goal is to work on the Datasets provided by our IT (+formulate the needs in JIRA & work in collaboration with our IT)
Good data visualization skills (UX) & help make the numbers talk. The goal is to have reporting tools to make data-based decisions
Good at creation of technical and business documentations (definitions, measures descriptions,...)
Meticulous in data validation
