La société Belge d’Exonération de Précompte - la SBEP - est une start-up jeune et dynamique à taille humaine. Elle est spécialisée dans l’audit en Ressources Humaines et particulièrement l’analyse et la récupération de montants liés au précompte professionnel. Après sa deuxième année d’existence, nous sommes en croissance avec plus de 300 dossiers traités en 2021. Pour suivre cette croissance, sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Project Manager Finance (H/F) pour venir renforcer notre équipe.

**Job**:
En tant que Project Manager Finance à la SBEP, vous faites partie de notre équipe d’analyse et de contrôle. En contact régulier avec notre équipe de ventes & contact clients, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de vos dossiers de A à Z, de l’analyse de leur potentiel à la remise de votre rapport au SPF Finances.
- Première analyse et estimation de la situation du client, en fonction de sa gestion salariale, de son organisation de travail et de sa commission paritaire
- En cas de potentiel estimé, cadrage et organisation de l’analyse du client avec notre équipe de production responsable de l’encodage et de la vérification des données clients
- Remise de rapport vers le client avec estimation des montants retrouvés et questions supplémentaires pour finaliser l’analyse
- Après validation du client, remise des rapports finaux au SPF Finances

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous aimez les tâches « Search & Destroy » en cherchant la faille ou l’élément manquant dans un dossier
- Vous avez au moins une première expérience professionnelle dans un des domaines suivants ; analyse financière, audit, payroll ou gestion de dossier administratif
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec Excel, des tableaux croisés dynamiques aux formules avancées
- Vous êtes structuré(e) et capable d’organiser votre travail de manière autonome, en gérant plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
